Job Purpose

To build and test machines in the Xcelodose range, and other automation machinery.

Xcelodose Business Manager

Qualifications Experience

An electro-mechanical background. Preferably with a minimum qualification of ONC in electronics / mechanical / automation engineering or willingness to work towards. Must be numerate and PC Literate, with a minimum knowledge of Excel, Word and Email packages.

Key Duties

• Maintain the stock control for Xcelodose ensuring there is both sufficient parts to guarantee the production of new machines, on time and within budget, and to satisfy After Sales Service requests
• Read and interpret circuit diagrams (control and mains wiring), assembly drawings
• Pick parts from stock ready for machine builds
• Assemble mechanical and electrical components
• Integrate mechanical and electrical components with controls software and test
• Log customer service requests and ensure they are dealt with promptly in the absence of the Xcelodose Technical Manager
• Work with others to build a strong team
• Promote a professional outlook at all times both within the team and when representing the organisation
• Strive for excellence in all aspects of the role setting an example to all
• Strive to exceed customer expectation at all times
• Ensure that you and anyone in the organisation works safely and within the Health and Safety Legislation
• Work within and understand the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001 2000 TickIT. Contribute towards its improvement
• Work within all other Company systems and protocols.
