This can be challenging, and in many cases a large number of factors need to be included. We have experience of developing cost models for the food sector including cleaning and PPE costs, models for ATEX environment that include significant risk abatement benefits, and general industry applications where manual handling risks are crucial.
We use a simple spreadsheet based calculator as a basis for these models and add extra features as required.
